As the new school term approaches, ensuring that children have the necessary tools for learning is crucial for their academic success. At WOOVC, one of driving rinciples is the belief that every child deserves access to quality education. That why we have been hard at work preparing and distributing school supplies for our sponsored students.

Without basic scholastic materials, many children struggle to keep up in class. The simple act of providing these essentials makes a profound difference—boosting confidence, fostering motivation, and removing barriers to learning. Research shows that a lack of supplies is a leading cause of absenteeism among underprivileged students. With the right tools, children can focus better, participate actively, and unlock their full potential.

This term, the kits distributed to our children included basic items like; Textbooks, pens, pencils, school bags, mattresses for those with old ones, shoes, mathematical sets and other learning aids

The distribution day was filled with joy, gratitude and excitement as children received the tools they need to succeed in their educational journey. We were also thrilled to see the kids head back to school, equipped with the materials and confidence they need to excel.
